Customer Support
If you've got the idea but not the know-how, we'll work with you. Your problem is our challenge. Our engineering and production people will review your sketches and prints and may be able to suggest changes in non-critical areas which will give you a better, less costly product - from prototype to production. We can deliver high quality parts with a minimum of outside sub-contracting, giving our customer the benefit of the shortest lead time possible.
Fabrication
No matter how unique your needs, we can handle nearly any requirement.
We have the versatility in machines and technology to form almost any shape or contour attainable in sheet metal. Almost any hole pattern can be achieved with our superior punching equipment. We have the capacity and the space to handle your needs economically and on-time.
Painting and Finishing
Our state of the art finishing machines are complemented by our attention to the vital details necessary to ensure that your expectations will be met.
Quality is assured in our painting performed on a Binks Electrostatic system with a dry-off chamber and over 450 feet of overhead conveyor. Our line will handle individual pieces 3 feet by 3 feet. We can handle larger pieces by by-passing the dry-off tunnel. As well as our new powdercoating system from Nordson.
Silkscreening/Engraving
After your product has been formed, punched and painted, we can silk-screen it to your specifications. Or, if you prefer, we can engrave it according to your needs. At Panagraphics our customers receive personal attention for the whole job.
